Pricing: Our pricing is economical, and reservations can be conveniently made online. Prices quoted on our website are per person and do not include tips, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodation, or other incidental expenses. Rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Methods of Payment: We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made by credit card, and the charge will be reflected on your statement.
Confirmation of Payment: After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation slip by email. This serves as proof of payment and must be presented to redeem your tour package.
Cancellation & No Show Policy: Refer to our cancellation policy for each tour activity/hotel. Combo tours can be canceled, but canceling individual tours in a combo voids the combo offer. Tourist visa fees are non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
Cancellation Procedures: Notify us in writing of any cancellation. We’ll confirm the cancellation and any applicable fees via email, fax, or telephone.
Itinerary Amendments: Itineraries may change due to local/weather conditions or airway schedules. We’ll offer suitable alternatives of similar value, if available. Minor changes may be made to the itinerary without reimbursement.
Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy: We’ll provide alternative accommodation if your preferred hotel is unavailable. Check-in/check-out policies vary by hotel, and we’re not responsible for deviations from hotel schedules.
Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance to cover accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of baggage, or trip cancellations.
Travel Documents: Ensure you have the necessary documents, including a valid passport or ID card. No refunds for lost or missing documents. Check visa and health requirements with your consulate.
