Cancellation: The following conditions apply in the event of cancellation:
Cancellation or amendment 48 hours prior to the tour date incurs no charges.
Cancellation or amendment within 24 to 48 hours prior to the tour date incurs a 50% cancellation charge.
Cancellation or amendment within 24 hours prior to the tour date incurs a 100% cancellation charge.
A 5% online service charge applies for refunding payments made by credit card online. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
No Show: If you fail to attend the tour, no refunds, in part or full, can be provided. This condition also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, chauffeur-driven services, and confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.
Cancellation Procedures: Before making a cancellation, carefully review the cancellation rules for your tour package. Notify Desert Oasis Tours LLC in writing of any cancellations. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm via email, fax, or telephone, including any applicable fees. Desert Oasis Tours LLC cannot be held responsible for cancellations not received or confirmed by us.
